Okay then....

Loving You Is Suicide

Within this false smile,
as tears stream down my face,
as I wish to be closer,
is a sad urge to disappear forever...
Indescribable is this pain,
the unearthly emptiness,
this void that consumes my ever-dying happiness,
and I only wish it to end...
i shall stand before you,
unsheathing this blade of forgiveness,
ready to be released from this bitter nothingness...
To attempt to stop me is futile,
and I shall not harm those dearest to me...
I raise this sword high,
grasping tightly with my two hands,
ready to accept the pointed edge...
You rush up to me,
begging and pleading for my life,
yet you do not know what desire course through me:
the desire to vanish off the face of the earth...
And so I plunge deep,
gasping for breath with the edge protruding through my back,
holding onto you,
as I struggle for breath...
I stare up at your beautiful face,
with your dark eyes blurry,
your face wet with tears,
and I smile as I die...
You sob quietly as the crowd draws near,
and I bring you closer,
struggling to form words...
I gasp and cough,
desperately summoning the power and will to speak...
And my leg give way,
and I plummet to the cold hard abyss,
you sit at my side as I stare,
smiling eternally into your sadened eyes...
The stare of death, a now-empty smile of happiness,
my stiff hand on yours...
You sob quietly by my corpse,
pondering at my last,
gasping words:
I love you.

My Last Moments With You

Some think me evil,
simply because I seem darker,
but the truth is that they cannot solve the mystery...
No one,
not even the girl whom I love,
knows the reason I cry at night,
sobbing quietly as the nameless demons of my nightmares suddenly take flight...
It feels as if I'll never be happy,
as if I'll never hold her again,
and I know the sad truth:
she shall never love me, not with the intensity in which I love her...
The thick fog of dispair conceals every moment,
every thought being gently stabbed as time passes...
My tears rain down on an unknown land,
my thunderous cries roll silently over the mountains,
and your presence in this dark and loveless place causes me to wonder:
shall you truly care for me?
With my heart broken yet again,
I commit to a hopeless journey,
which travels on an edgeless path,
within the abyss of a timeless pain,
which rains down dispair and booms with death,
simply because I have been consumed once more...
As the eons pass through the soundless void,
I float among the other lost souls,
swirling within this empty ocean of stars,
with all hope deminished...
How I long to hold you once more...
Please, I beg of you,
whisper sweet lies to me,
tell me you love me,
let me hold you close,
let my dreams be falsely realized...
Allow me to come closer,
to grasp your hand within the warmth of mine,
to run my hand through your soft hair...
Let me stare into your dark,
depthless eyes for all eternity...
My hopes will become falsely reality,
the lies within my soul shall be turned inside out,
and no one shall know...
If only your love could be true...

Share time... "Our Poems"... by Davey Havok. Shoot me down for emosity now.

We held hands on the last night on earth.

Our mouths filled with dust, we kissed in the fields under the trees, screaming like dogs, bleeding dark into the leaves.

It was empty on the edge of town but we knew everyone floated along the bottom of the river.

So we walked through the waste where the road curved into the sea and the shattered seasons lay, and the bitter smell of burning was on you like a disease.

In our cancer of passion you said, "Death is a midnight runner."

The sky had come crashing down like the news of an intimate suicide.

We picked up the shards and formed them into shapes of stars that wore like an antique wedding dress.

The echoes of the past broke the hearts of the unborn as the ferris wheel silently slowed to a stop.

The few insects skittered away in hopes of a better pastime.

I kissed you at the apex of the maelstrom and asked if you would accompany me in a quick fall, but you made me realize that my ticket wasn't good for two.

I rode alone.

You said, "The cinders are falling like snow."

There is poetry in despair, and we sang with unrivaled beauty, bitter elegies of savagery and eloquence.

Of blue and grey.

Strange, we ran down desperate streets and carved our names in the flesh of the city.

The sun has stagnated somewhere beyond the rim of the horizon and the darkness is a mystery of curves and lines.

Still, we lay under the emptiness and drifted slowly outward, and somewhere in the wilderness we found salvation scratched into the earth like a message.

Subject:Please don't condemn me for posting more than once... I'm inspired.
Mood: impatient

More, because I was inspired.

Last night I had the strangest
Dream of everything, may it only be good
Day to you, Sir. Well, I should think
So how was your day today? Exciting, I hope
I pass this dark window without a shiver
In the snow outside, clad in your lace
Mask of light, to blind those you meet
You at the big tree in the field, dearie
I hope you have a wonderful time.

Well, more laaat-tor. Grandfather calling.

Mood: annoyed that i'm being morbid.

Yes, I do realize the metering isn't quite right, and it's slightly morbid, but Jordan inspired me, so there it came. Or rather slammed the oven door.
Erm, untitled as of yet. Suggestions?Collapse )

Wrote this in Mista Rawk's class the other day when we were reading "Medea" it's sketchy and the last two stanzas don't follow the pattern- if any.

And then there were none.
No words flew, lithe, from our mouths held with clutching fingernails,
Tight against the gatherers' words, up against the wall, against the neon glow.
No glance exchanged, not even in passing, no lighting, no lightning.
Eyes looked past the white lace to the green zippers, through the menthol smoke and frosted glass.
Past the orange silk to the midnight bows, naught but air standing between,
And if space is love, love between.
Past the skeleton who stood timidly with a yellow flower and a red feather
To the skeleton who clutched a silver charm in her unsmiling teeth.
And no recollection shot past my view.
To this moment I don't remember you.
But I remember your girl, your green zippers and midnight bows,
Not knowing who you forsook, without recollection,
The sleeping road, the singing sky, the blooming guitar
Held with two hands, one of flesh and one of stone.

Here comes emosity.
Let's not even start.
::double sigh::
I cannot wait for him to go online and get a piece of my mind.
